Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Incorrect or incomplete billing/shipping information.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Product unavailable or out of stock.
Pricing or listing errors.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method (if payment was processed).

4. Customer Cancellations & Changes
Order changes or cancellations may only be requested before the order has been fulfilled or shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers.
Customs clearance.
Weather or natural disasters.
Any other circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 International Orders & Customs Duties
For orders shipped internationally or from overseas warehouses, you (the customer) are responsible for:

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country.
Any additional charges applied by customs authorities.

These fees are NOT included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office. We strongly recommend checking with your local tax or customs authority before placing an order to understand potential charges. Valkyria is not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or seizures.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all customs-related costs.

6. Payment
All payments must be authorized by the cardholder or account owner. We accept secure payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

7. Returns & Refund Policy
7.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within [30 days] of delivery under the following conditions:

Product must be unused, in its original condition.
Product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
Products with damaged or missing packaging.
Products returned without prior authorization.

7.3 Return Process
You MUST contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
To initiate a return:

Contact us at hello@valkyriaco.store within 14 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
Wait for our return authorization and instructions
Ship the item back in its original packaging to the address we provide
Include tracking information for your return shipment

7.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Customs duties or taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.

7.5 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7.6 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

Contact us immediately at hello@valkyriaco.store with photos and your order number.
We will provide a prepaid return label or offer a replacement.
Refunds for defective items include original shipping costs.

7.7 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valkyria and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Delays in delivery or website availability.
Improper use of products.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
